The Dept of Agriculture wants to expand the in-class breakfast program in NYC but Bloomberg isn't interested -- saying free breakfast somewhere in every school is sufficient. I wish the kids in our district who qualify for a free lunch could get breakfast at all - anywhere - in our elementary schools.
