Fun
Ok, this has nothing to do with food, nutrition, school lunch, or vegetables -- but it is local. The angry villagers of Sea Cliff who met on Village Green on July 4th to air their grievances against the King might like to know that this Sunday in Huntington, they'll have a chance to burn King George in effigy - along with experiencing an encampment of the Huntington Militia, firing cannon, militia drilling and (other?) activities for children - all free and open to the public. Noon to 5pm on the Green at the Arsenal in Huntington. More details at http://huntingtonmilitia.com/upcomingevents.aspx
